Phase Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle user information in the Game and on the official website.

1. Information We Collect

1-1. When you submit a score to the online ranking

The Game includes an optional online ranking feature. Submission is entirely optional. Only if you choose to submit your score on the results screen will the following be sent to our server:

If you do not submit a score, none of the above is transmitted.

1-2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect any of the following through the Game:

• Contact information such as name, address, telephone number, or email address
• Demographic information such as date of birth or gender
• Location data
• On-device data such as contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or call logs
• Advertising identifiers
• Any other information that directly identifies an individual

The Game does not request permission to access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.

1-3. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to our server:

• The player name you last entered
• Settings such as volume and language
• Game progress

Deleting the app removes this data.

1-4. Website

The official website karei.net may use cookies for access analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

1. Display, compile, and rank online leaderboard entries
2. Investigate defects and adjust game balance
3. Perform statistical analysis to improve the Game

3. Public Display of Player Names

Submitted player names and scores are displayed on the in-game ranking screen, where other players can see them.

For this reason, please do not enter your real name or any other information that could identify you as your player name. The player name field accepts alphanumeric characters and spaces only.

We may remove or alter, without prior notice, any name we consider offensive, infringing on the rights of others, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose collected information to third parties, except:

• With the user's consent
• Where disclosure is required by law
• Where necessary to protect a person's life, health, or property and obtaining consent is impracticable

The Game does not incorporate any third-party SDK for advertising or behavioral tracking.

5. Retention

Ranking submissions are retained on our server for as long as necessary to operate the ranking feature.

6. Deletion Requests

To request deletion of a ranking entry, please contact us using the details in Section 9. Providing the player name, approximate submission date, and score allows us to locate and remove the entry.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed primarily at children. As described in Section 1, the Game does not collect information that directly identifies an individual.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has submitted identifying information as a player name, please contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or to the Game. We will announce significant changes on karei.net.
